What data we handle
When you email us. We receive your name, email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, the site loads Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd) to measure visits and how pages are used. Clarity may record anonymised interaction sessions. If you reject, neither loads. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your choice is stored in your browser. We keep your accept or reject decision in local storage so we do not ask on every visit. It is never sent to us.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request or the engagement, and afterwards only as long as Greek tax and commercial law require. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of each provider.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
